These Terms govern the rights, duties, and liabilities between the Company (JqaGames) and Users regarding the online services provided.

Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment)
These Terms are effective upon posting on JqaGames' website.
The Company may amend these Terms for valid reasons without prior notice, notifying Users via the Service.
Users who disagree with amendments may cancel membership. Failure to cancel within 10 days implies acceptance.
Article 3 (Other Rules)
Matters not covered herein are subject to relevant laws.
Article 4 (Definitions)
Key terms:
Member: An individual with an approved service contract and ID.
ID: A unique identifier created by Member and approved by Company.
Password: A secret code set by Member for verification.
Nickname: A name chosen by Member and approved by Company for identification.
Suspension: Temporary restriction of Service use by Company.
Cancellation: Termination of service contract.
Points: A score granted to Members, variable based on activity.
Chapter 2: Service Usage Contract
Article 5 (Contract Formation)
Contract forms when Applicant agrees to Terms and Company approves application.
Minors under 14 require parental consent per Company procedure.
Article 6 (Application)
Applicants must provide personal info as requested by Company.
Article 7 (Approval)
Company approves applications in order, barring special circumstances.
Company may delay approval for:
2.1 Insufficient facilities.
2.2 Technical issues.
2.3 Other unavoidable reasons.
Company may refuse approval if:
3.1 Non-real name used.
3.2 Minor under 14 lacks parental consent.
3.3 Using another's name.
3.4 False info provided.
3.5 Application aims to disrupt society/morals.
3.6 Fails Company prerequisites.
Article 8 (Personal Info Protection)
Company collects info from applications and service use.
Company won't disclose personal info to third parties without consent or use commercially, except legally required.
Members can set browsers to refuse cookies or warn when received.
Company may modify Member's personal info unilaterally if requested, false info detected, or content violates public policy.

Article 9 (Use of Personal Info)
Company collects minimal personal info for Service.
With consent, Company may provide Member info to event organizers/third parties for events.
If outsourcing services, Company may provide necessary Member info to vendors with consent.
Members can withdraw consent for collection/use of personal info anytime.
Article 10 (Contract Modification)
Members can view/edit their personal info anytime via management section.
Members can withdraw from usage agreement by submitting revocation request.
Chapter 3: Obligations
Article 11 (Company's Obligations)
Company shall endeavor to provide consistent Services per this Agreement.
Company shall protect Member privacy per Article 8.
Article 12 (Member's Obligations)
Members are fully responsible for managing their ID and password.
Members shall not sell using Service without Company's prior consent.
Members shall not:
6.1 Steal other Members' ID, password, or nickname.
6.2 Copy/publish Service info without Company consent.
6.3 Distribute content infringing others' IP rights.
6.4 Distribute content violating public order/morals.
6.5 Disseminate offensive/threatening content.
6.6 Engage in objectively criminal activities.
6.7 Violate other laws.
Chapter 4: Service Use
Article 13 (Service Scope)
Members use Services with registered ID and nickname.
Article 14 (Information Provision)
Company may provide necessary Service info via announcements, email, etc.
Article 15 (Point System)
Company may offer points or grant points for smooth Service.
Article 16 (Fees)
Services are generally free.
Article 17 (Members' Posts)
Company may delete posts that slander, violate public order, infringe copyright, or break laws without notice.
Article 18 (Copyright of Posts)
Rights to posts belong to poster. Company won't use for commercial purposes without consent.
Article 19 (Advertising)
Company not responsible for losses/damages from advertisers' promotions.
Article 20 (Service Hours)
Service available 24/7 unless Company business/technical issues.
Article 21 (Responsibility for Use)
Members shall not sell using Service unless Company permits.
Article 22 (Service Suspension)
Company may suspend Service for maintenance, force majeure, etc.
Chapter 5: Contract Cancellation & Restrictions
Article 23 (Termination & Limitation)
Members canceling must apply online.
If Member violates Article 12, Company may terminate contract or restrict use without notice.
Chapter 6: Damages & Other
Article 24 (Compensation)
Company not liable for damages from free Services.
Article 25 (Exemption)
Company exempt if unable to provide Service due to force majeure.
Company not liable for Service failures not its fault.
Company not liable for damages from documents obtained via Service.
Article 26 (Competent Court)
Competent court is where Company's headquarters is located for lawsuits from Service disputes.
Effective Date
This Agreement is effective from November 3, 2025.
